As a German Canadian who moved to Canada 25 years ago from Frankfurt am Main, I miss apple wine.
I've searched high and low but haven't been able to find anyone selling it in Canada. Sure, you'll find apple ice wine being sold, but not the original Frankfurter apple wine or cider. Of course there are also many different homemade recipes for those brave and patient enough to brew their own. However, this is not for me.
I am in the process of starting an apple wine importing business, but it costs money to become a legal agent, so if you'd like to purchase apple wine in Canada, don't be shy, email me today!
